蜜桃视频 College will hold its annual Celebrating Student Achievement Day on Tuesday, April 14, 2026. The day-long event is a celebration of the achievements of 蜜桃视频 students and includes research presentations, posters, performances, creative projects, and award ceremonies.

Associate Professor of Political Science Whitney Ross Manzo, who serves as director of undergraduate research, emphasized the importance of celebrating the work of students.

鈥淓ven before I was Director of Undergraduate Research, I looked forward to CSA Day because it is about celebrating our students and their awesome achievements. Earning a degree is hard, doing research is hard, and it’s important to slow down sometimes and remember to celebrate that you have accomplished hard things,鈥� Manzo said.聽

There is a wide variety of topics covered in poster sessions and research presentations, showing the breadth of academic work taking place at 蜜桃视频.

鈥淲hen I was building the program for CSA Day this year, I saw projects with topics that ranged from wildfire management to the little black dress to the stock market,鈥� Manzo said. 鈥淎t most other student research conferences, the vast majority of presentations are from STEM fields. We have those, as well, of course, and we love them! But we also have presentations from fashion, art, communication, education, and many more.鈥�

Manzo takes pride in the fact that research is interdisciplinary at 蜜桃视频.

鈥淚 am so proud that our undergraduate research program supports students from all fields for so many reasons, but primarily because the world is interdisciplinary and it’s important that we engage with research in that way,鈥� she said. 鈥淲e are practicing important skills that lead to graduate school, careers, and beyond 鈥� just look at what our students can do on this day.鈥�
